Patanjali Mishra is an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Allahabad, B.Ed., M.Ed., Ph.D.in Education from Banaras Hindu University and M.A. in Psychology and Sociology. He has published articles and research papers in various journals such as University News published by A.I.U., Prathmik Shikshak, Adhunik Bhartiya Shiksha, Journal of Indian Education, The Primary Teacher published by NCERT, New Delhi, National Journal of Education published by F.O.E., B.H.U. His area of interest is Language Teaching, Research Methodology, Special Education, Psychological and sociological foundations of Education, Educational Management and Administration and Literary theories and Criticism. He is also associated with organizations such as NIOS, New Delhi, NCERT, New Delhi, Quality Council of India (NABET) New Delhi, and Commission for Scientific & Technical Terminology – CSTT (MHRD) for various projects. He has developed MOOCS for Central University Punjab, IGNOU and NIOS and developed S.L.M. for various Open universities. He is awarded the degree of PhD on the topic “Practices of Total Quality Management in Higher Education: A Case study of Banaras Hindu University” from B.H.U., Varanasi. Presently, he is working as an Associate Professor at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
